Home from Home launched this past week at the Handshake booth of Handwerk & Design at the 2013 Internationale Handwerksmesse in Munich. With in this project, Sarah Read invites you to step out of your usual routine and invite her into your home for a 3-day research residency. Within the booth Sarah had forms for those who wanted to participate to fill out. Sarah promises that in return she will welcome anyone who she visits into her home in Wellington, New Zealand. I am really found of this project and I am really looking forward to the exchange that happens between artists she visits along the way.
